ISS 5/25/07

Relating to Tuesday's point #2, I am back at work with Sears, but I no longer what I used to do. ISS, In Store Support, used to take care of ALL departments and had its own manager, but now it was broken into according to the departments and their ASM takes care of it. I learned that a while ago, when I was visiting the store, checking things out, talking to girls. Anna said they were looking for somebody for summer. By miracle, I got to speak with Janice on the phone about a week before I started and I guess she liked the idea. Now I am an ISS, but only do softline and mainly Men's! That is my favorite department as I spend majority of time at Albuquerque store. I am new to the job, but I know the merchandise; I know the floor and I know people. It is nice because I get Saturday off to spend with Trafton; I get out early; hours are predictable and I always have things to do. Tomorrow we are going to DSO concert that starts at 8. I assume we will be back, oh, maybe 10:30 or 11, right? Then I have to wake up at 2:30 to get in work at 4am on Sunday. But it is well worth it. If I were still doing MCA, I would have NEVER got to spend time with Trafton. The only thing is that my eye sight is quickly going down starring at Palm's screen in the dark. I probably need to get some flash light and maybe a new pair of glasses. Will see.

145 lbs 5/23/07

Relating to #1 yesterday, my boyfriend Trafton suggested we should set a goal for out combined weight on May 8th. He came up with this figure of 300. If we split, it is 150 lbs. for each. However he is 5'11'' and I am only 5'4''. So he did calculation of BMI on my behalf and figured out, it would be 145 lb. for me! That sounds probably fair with the height difference, but I do not recall being that weight in pounds. So I converted to kilograms and it is less than what I remember when I entered high school. So my goal weight is when I was in middle school! Trafton thinks if I eat right, I should lose weight, but I know this is not just enough. Faithful readers know that my weight has not gone down from 175. It only went up. I am eating pretty rigorously healthy, too. But Trafton's guidelines were: 1) no more ice cream, 2) eat raw fruits and vegetables, 3) eat less, 4) stay away from processed foods. So I went back with Anthony and he explained what he recommends to his folks. The periodization is the key and he said I should go on to the stage 2, Aerobic stage. Very high number in reps and 12 exercises a day! Of course I had to modify it and I am on my way to design my program. I went through one cycle and technically I should rest tomorrow. Coming back to the weight, I set the goal of this week to be 175 and as of today, I am 178.5. It is Wednesday and I have four more days to go. Maybe I will make my first cut?!?!?!?!?

Long time no see 5/22/07

I am amazed how long I left my blog unattended. Since my entry on April 5th, a lot of things happened. Today is a day for summary and I will break it down to different entries. In the order of importance, not the relevance to this blog.

1) I have a new boyfriend! Trafton.
2) I trasnferred to price department at Sears and started this Sunday. I will do it for two months.
3) Trafton suggested combined weight goal, so I went back to Anthony and started new routines last Friday.
4) My goal is to get a regular doctor and make some visits this summer.
