ISS 5/25/07
Relating to Tuesday's point #2, I am back at work with Sears, but I no longer what I used to do. ISS, In Store Support, used to take care of ALL departments and had its own manager, but now it was broken into according to the departments and their ASM takes care of it. I learned that a while ago, when I was visiting the store, checking things out, talking to girls. Anna said they were looking for somebody for summer. By miracle, I got to speak with Janice on the phone about a week before I started and I guess she liked the idea. Now I am an ISS, but only do softline and mainly Men's! That is my favorite department as I spend majority of time at Albuquerque store. I am new to the job, but I know the merchandise; I know the floor and I know people. It is nice because I get Saturday off to spend with Trafton; I get out early; hours are predictable and I always have things to do. Tomorrow we are going to DSO concert that starts at 8. I assume we will be back, oh, maybe 10:30 or 11, right? Then I have to wake up at 2:30 to get in work at 4am on Sunday. But it is well worth it. If I were still doing MCA, I would have NEVER got to spend time with Trafton. The only thing is that my eye sight is quickly going down starring at Palm's screen in the dark. I probably need to get some flash light and maybe a new pair of glasses. Will see.
