Should have swum, no should do yoga 3/31/06

Today I felt, "Oh, gosh. It is going to be like this until November!" I was talking to Rosemary what kind of clothes I can wear for one more month trying to dress like a college professor. Today's high temperature was 89 degrees, I heard. I was going to say I should have swum. I set up my DVD player finally, so I think I should do yoga.

March summary 3/30/06

It is technically not the end of the month, but I skipped writing my diary for way too long. It is not that I didn't have 10 minutes a day to write. It is not that I didn't exercise. Having a hard drive crash is even irrelevant since the diary resides on the Internet. I will summarize my accomplishments.

March 11 (Sat) I bought a week pass at Defined Fitness, my old gym!

March 13 (Mon) I went to Juan Tabo gym in the morning! I used ArcTrainer and chose Strength level 3 for the first time. It was actually challenging. Maybe I should do that. The same night, I finally made it to Will's yoga class! I went to spoke to him and he remembered about me. He is now busy with little ones and is only teaching Monday night at Juan Tabo. I was so glad that I made it.

March 14 (Tue) & 15 (Wed) Sandia hike days! On Tuesday, Donnie took me to a waterfall. It was a short hike, maybe 30 minutes. The fall was gorgeous and I got my soul cleansed, relaxed. On Wednesday, an expert guide to Sandia Mountain, Danny took us. We probably hiked for about an hour and made it to a cave. It was cooler, cloudier and windier than the day before. It was still very nice hike. The good thing was that my body wasn't too sore. Maybe I felt a little on my right quad on Wednesday night, but as you read on, I managed to go on with my vacation.

March 15 (Thu) I did my Chest/Shoulders/Tricep routines in Juan Tabo gym. It was nice to use free weights which I don't get to do in Lifetime on peak times. I did ArcTrainer again.

March 16 (Fri) I did 30 minutes of elliptical and before I know it, Tom's Taichi class came. Nobody really remembered me, but I recognized quite a few people. This means they must have been continuing since summer of 2004!

I came back to Dallas. I had to tackle with computer issues and coming back to reality was VERY hard. I didn't think I could teach! I made it to the gym on 3/22 (Tue), 3/25 (Sat), 3/27 (Mon), 3/28 (Tue) and 3/30 (Thu). That is it! I finally took my old log, which has been piling up since the beginning of the year. The year 2006 has already a quarter gone. I should renew my commitment to writing this diary and my fitness routine. The good thing is that I finally connected my DVD player and did Sara's Evening yoga last night. I should use my DVD collections more now.
