complete inspection of gym bag needed 2/16/06

Although I left around 6pm from school, I had the full intention to do at least cardio and maybe steam bath. When I opened up the bag, I saw sports bra, but no bottom. This must have been used one. I wondered when I only saw bottom when I was hanging laundry the other day. So I just ended up being in the steam bath only today again. Grrr. I have to make a checklist, I guess. Top, bottom, socks, water, swimming suit, log and iPod....

being lazy 2/15/06

This Friday is a first-year chapter exam and I made the first version today. For that, I needed to stay longer and I was debating myself if I should try to make it to the gym today. I also needed dice for oral exams. (You have to be in my class to understand the connection.) So I went to a couple of stores. I did make it to the gym, but I only stayed in the steam bath. Now that heavy work is over, I should be able to make it to the gym for the rest of the week? Cold weather? As long as I don't have freezing rain, I shouldn't have excuse, right?

hungry on Valentine's day 2/14/06

I really don't know why I get so tired doing nothing. I didn't go to the gym and when I came home I was hungry. Of course, I had a couple of pieces of chocolate displayed and given different times of the day. So I had a bag of dried beans and stuff (salty) from Japan, a packet of asparagus and regular yogurt with dried cranberries and peanuts. I am tired, but I kind of feel bad being tired. Sears.com wrote to me and said they are out of Levi's shorts. Ahhh.

pool 2/12/06

After following Dr. Ortiz' advice on drinking alcohol to get rid of virus, I had a little margarita at Olga's promotion party and whola, my cough seems to be gone. So I got up early today and enjoyed the emptier gym and swam for 30 minutes. It has been a while I could do it. Maybe I did it last time when my Mom was here. I had a quick dip in the jaccuzzi, too. I must admit it felt good when I was swimming, but after I came back, I was really tired and took a quick nap. I did a lot of cooking for the upcoming weeks and had the sliding door open in the kitchen while I was cooking. Yes, this is Texas February, I guess. I am wearing Lee's Petit 14 jeans that I bought just about this time last year with long sleeve shirt and it is almost too warm. I am enjoying this now and I feel like swimming, even indoors. However I have this terrifying thoughts of what would the summer be like if I have to go through all the way. It was bad enough starting August. I was bitterly complaining in October. Then I remembered Sears.com had Levi's shorts in clearance. I shopped online at Sears, but they took associates card for 20% discount. Wow. Three pairs for $24 including shipping. I think I am going to need shorts heavily. Yeah.
