skin tag operation 6/21/07

I have had this extra skin hanging off my left thigh for years. It bothered my ex, but we didn't have health insurance when we first noticed. Now I am trying to get rid of it. That is the purpose my visit to the dermatologist, but the surgery was right after when this skin outbreak happened. The doctor said I should make an appointment when this is healed, so when it cleared on Wednesday, I made an appointment for this afternoon. The doctor said it is way too early and she is not going to do it today. I have to be clear at least a week. Today small area started to come back as I worked out at the gym, but now it is pretty down. Maybe it tends to dissapear in the morning and comes back towards the end of the day. I felt much better today.

allergic reaction Part II 6/20/07

The doctor said she can give me prescription for some medicine to "quickly" heal or just get by with over-the-counter medicine. I didn't want to have any strong medicine and I knew two days off from work was coming up, so I just said no thanks to the prescription. So I went to a grocery store and picked up this medicine that is non-drowsy and 24 hour formula. Then I woke up and saw this large area on my legs are so pink. It looked like from a medical dictionary to explain something. Trafton advised me to stop taking the medicine. So I decided to just hang low and take a good rest. Wednesday morning, the large area is down to spots. They still look ugly, but my body looks a lot better. I am a little tired side, though. I am contemplating when I can go back to the gym. Grrr.

allergic reaction Part I 6/19/07

It has been a while again. Last Friday I recall I was complaining about feeling cold. I spent Saturday as normal and Sunday morning, I was really tired. I managed to survive 4-9am shift, then when I came back, I was extremely sleepy. That is not surprising. It was raining and was about 70 degrees, but I was freezing. I woke up after three hours and normally that is more than enough rest I need. However I had severe pain in the legs, back and stomach and I couldn't stay awake. I started doing back stretch on the floor and crashed on the floor. I came downstairs and slept in the couch. I went upstairs and slept in bed. I took a bath to calm my stomach down. This went on and you would think I wouldn't sleep through the night, but I did. Next morning, which is yesterday, I woke up at 4:30 and went to work. Survived 8 hour shift and went to the dermatologist for removing skin tag. The doctor said I should make an appointment and not do the surgery...
