32-day Spinervals Challenge 12/6/11

If there is such a thing that readers to my Fitness blog, I have ignored your for too long. Too much happened to catch up. So I am going to jump what is going on and will back up later.

I am still teaching at SMU, but have made my main fitness activity to be cycling. Now-husband, Tony, is also riding with me. However when the weather gets cooler, the cycling season ends. But my best friend is Coach Troy!

Coach Troy has graciously came up with this grand plan of offering his 32-day program for free to fans of his DVD program. It is Day 6. I was going to employ my Wildcard day, but fellow Mary Duprey gave me an idea of switching Day 6 with Day 8 as the disc is coming tomorrow. I did whole body workout my current trainer Bruce gave.

So today’s program was 8.0 Recovery and Technique. I probably have done this program most often. Each time, one-leg exercise feels better. I like cheesy music from early videos. Is "over-exaggerate" a word? :-0

With less than a week, I am starting to feel my sit bones. Maybe the best exercise for nice looking bottom is cycling?!?
