Books and Videos for recovering athletes 1/10/17

The last thing we want to do is being off training for injuries and illness.  But it happens to all of us in some degree.  It is actually a good time to take a rest, look at the sports from different angle, definite your goals, and plan season’s races and events.  Here are some of books and videos that helped me keep motivated and inspired while recovering from treatments and injuries. Be patient.  You will come back strong before you know it! (In no particular order and the links are what I used.)
