Goals and plans for 2014 11/26/13 updated 4/26/14
I started out as a recreational cyclist in late 2009 and I
have been using cycling as a major method of keeping my fitness. In the following year, my husband Tony
has returned to cycling as well.
Since then, we have been enjoying cycling as a shared healthy
activity. We even took the
vacation in Italy to witness one of the pro-cycling grand tours this year, Giro
d’Italia. I had an exciting year
2013 (see previous blog entries) and expect the year 2014 is a continuation of
it. So here is my goals and plans
for the new year. Although not
everything is signed up and firmed up, this is what I can make public at this
point. (updated 4/26/14)
I will be Spinervals Challenge finisher for the third time! Then shortly after, I will start working with Coach Todd. My initial goal is to improve my run and do 10k in February. Then technically I can do longer course in Du in October.
