clicking left shoulder 2/22/06

I have been waking up at night and doing things at late night and I felt too tired yesterday and skipped the workout again! Tuesday's menu included shoulders and I definitely started to notice the clicking of left shoulder. I thought it was because it was shoulder day, but I notice it everyday now. Now I think about it, it has been a while this is a daily occurrence. It is only left, though. Maybe I have to go through the diary to see which side of shoulder I have had more trouble.
